The \u201cDyrrah City Football Academy\u201d Foundation, established by the Ministry of Education and Sports, has the main goal of developing and promoting sports for young people. Our objective is to promote various sports, for the age groups included in the relevant academies and centers, as well as specialized training programs. Our vision is not only to promote young talents, but also to inspire values \u200b\u200bthrough sports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve its goal, the Foundation collaborates with renowned international academies and creates strategic partnerships with renowned international sports institutions and organizations, to ensure high standards of sports training and education for its participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, the Dyrrah City Football Academy Foundation signed an agreement with City Football Group and Manchester City Football Club for the creation and development of the Manchester City School in Durr\u00ebs. This agreement aims to bring Manchester City\u2019s methodology and standards to the training of young footballers, making the Dyrrah City Football Academy and the Manchester City Football School in Durr\u00ebs a centre of excellence for the development of future talents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dyrrah City Football Academy aims to introduce two new projects at the Sports Campus in Durr\u00ebs, a tennis center and a sports facility, which will be used for the Basketball Academy. The goal is for the \u201cDyrrah City Sports Center\u201d to be transformed into a multifunctional, multi-sport center, offering extensive opportunities for the development of various sports and collaborations with renowned international academies. This initiative aims to raise the standards of sport in Durr\u00ebs, Albania and the region, as well as create a professional environment for young athletes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The center will offer the highest level of infrastructure in football, tennis and padel, and basketball, following international methodologies and standards. The project aims to create a unique environment for the development of young athletes, focusing not only on technical and physical skills, but also on their academic and professional preparation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this development, Durr\u00ebs will become a key destination for sports in the region, attracting the best talents and creating new opportunities for young Albanian and international athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this call for proposals, the Foundation aims to find a private partner for the implementation of the project \u201cDesign, construction and development of the Durr\u00ebs Sports Center, for tennis and basketball sports\u201d, in accordance with the requirements set out in this Call for Proposals. The selected partner will be engaged in the financing, construction and development of the sports infrastructure, guaranteeing the quality and standards required for a top-level center and in accordance with the contractual obligations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collaboration will ensure the creation of an integrated sports ecosystem, where academies such as the Dyrrah City Football Academy, the Tennis Academy, and the Basketball Academy will operate. The private partner will have the opportunity to benefit from the income generated from the operation of the complex for a defined period, actively participating in the development of one of the most ambitious sports projects in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In exchange for funding and implementing the Project, the successful Candidate benefits from Foundation income generated from the Foundation’s activities in the sports of tennis and basketball for the entire benefit period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposal will consist of the required forms, divided into two envelopes, as detailed in the Instructions for Candidates, in the Call for Proposals. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, to the following address: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposals received after the aforementioned deadline will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
