The "House of Football" in the capital opened its doors at the end of this June for some of the sport’s finest talents, for a special occasion. The much-anticipated sessions with coaches from the prestigious Manchester City squad were the headline story from 25 to 27 June on the FSHF’s green turf. The unique experience, organized by Dyrrah City Football Academy in partnership with the Citizens’ coaches, brought not only knowledge and passion but also showed that Albanian initiatives can reach such a level when commitment isn’t lacking.
Albanian players and coaches had the opportunity to learn from the best in the field, immersing themselves in advanced techniques and winning strategies in football. This elite Manchester City Football School programme was a cornerstone for the 301 participating players and the 11 Albanian coaches. Carrying a heavy responsibility, yet aware they were treading largely unbroken ground, the Manchester City experts shared with participants not only techniques and strategies but also their philosophy on the importance of commitment and cooperation in football.
During the training sessions, participants learned how focus and passion can be the keys to success, as their talent was developed and improved through the drills and advice they received. Dyrrah City Football Academy, by partnering with one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the world, ensured that this experience was special and motivating for all participants.
