1. Breathe Deeply for Energy

Deep breathing is the foundation for supplying the muscles with oxygen. During training and matches, deep breathing helps you:

  • Keep your energy levels high.
  • Avoid premature fatigue.
  • Improve endurance during long passages of play. Practise abdominal breathing, where the diaphragm plays the main role. Breathe in deeply through the nose, fill the stomach with air, and exhale slowly through the mouth.

2. Rhythmic Breathing for Focus and Balance

Maintaining a steady breathing rhythm is essential for staying focused and coping with mental fatigue. A steady breathing rhythm helps with:
