Albano Doraci

Albano Doraci is a UEFA A licensed football coach with over 14 years of experience at KF Teuta Durrës. He has coached boys’ and girls’ teams from U9 to U19, and led the Teuta Women’s First Team for 7 years. He also held a brief role as assistant coach for the men's First Team. Since 2018, he has served as assistant coach for Albania’s U15, U17, and U19 national women’s teams under the Albanian Football Association.

Andi Xhihani

Andi Xhihani is a football coach at Dyrrah City Football Academy. He began his career at KF Teuta Durrës with the U13 and U14 age groups, coaching both amateur and professional teams. He holds UEFA B and UEFA A licenses and serves as a guest lecturer for FSHF coaching courses.

Ben Graham

Ben has over 10 years of coaching experience across the UK, United Arab Emirates, and Albania. He has been part of Manchester City for 9 years, working in various roles and projects. He holds the UEFA B Coaching Licence and is passionate about developing young players by creating fun, safe, and engaging learning environments.

Eglant Haxho

Eglant Haxho, a former goalkeeper with 17 years in professional football, brings his experience and passion to youth coaching. Holding UEFA B licenses in coaching and goalkeeping, he focuses on developing players technically, tactically, and personally. A multiple-title winner, he inspires young athletes through hard work, discipline, and dedication.

Elton Kodra

Elton Kodra is a qualified physical education coach with broad experience as a team coach and lecturer. He has worked with top institutions like the Albanian Football Federation, KF Erzeni, and KS Dinamo. Dedicated to athlete development, Elton is also a certified coach by the International Athletics Federation.

As a professional athlete, he won multiple national and international titles in events like the 100m, 110m hurdles, 4x100m, and 400m relays, representing KS Tirana and KS Dinamo.

Emirjeta Ndoci

Emirjeta Ndoci is a UEFA A licensed football coach with broad experience in youth and women's national team coaching. She has coached U7, U9, and U11 boys as well as U13 girls at “Tirana United” Academy. She has also served as Assistant Coach of KF Tirana Women’s First Team. Since 2023, she has worked with the Albanian Football Federation, assisting with the U15 and U19 Girls’ National Teams. She is currently the Head Coach of the Albania U15 Girls’ National Team.

Isli Hidi

Isli Hidi is a former Albanian professional goalkeeper with a career across Albania, Ukraine, and Cyprus. At KF Tirana, he won 6 league titles, 3 Albanian Cups, and 6 Supercups. He also played for clubs like Dinamo Tirana, Teuta, Bylis, and Vora. Internationally, he won both the Cypriot League and Cup. He earned 17 caps for the national team and since 2023, he works as a goalkeeper coach at KF Vora.

Jack Johnson

Jack brings over a decade of coaching experience across First Team and Youth Academy football in both the men’s and women’s game. He has worked in England, Germany, the United States, and currently in Albania, focusing on youth coach development. One of his proudest achievements is contributing to the growth of academy players who have gone on to sign professional contracts across various levels of English football.

Klevis Dalipi

Klevis is a coach with over 11 years of experience in managing football teams and academies. He has coached well-known teams such as Partizani, Luftëtari, Korabi, Tomori, and Apolonia, contributing to performance improvements and player development. With a UEFA PRO License, he is dedicated to developing young talents and creating a team culture based on discipline and passion for football. He is currently the head coach at Dyrrah City Football Academy, where he leads training for players aiming to reach the highest levels of professional football.

Mirela Malaj

Mirela is a former footballer with over 10 years of experience at Teuta Women’s Team (2014–2024). In 2023, she earned her UEFA B license and began her coaching career with the U7 age group, dedicating herself to the technical and personal development of young players. She believes the foundation of success in football starts from an early age.

Thomas Oldaker

Tom has over 10 years of experience in football, working in coaching, football development, and coach education. He has worked in England, Australia, India, Bahrain, the USA, and now Albania, coaching players aged 2 to 18 in grassroots and academy environments. One of his proudest achievements is publishing two interactive children’s books designed to holistically develop young players through fun football-based games.
