On the eve of the historic Albania vs. England match on November 16 at the “Air Albania” stadium at 18:00, and as part of “British Week”, the Albanian Football Association (FSHF), in collaboration with the British Embassy in Tirana and Dyrrah City Football Academy, will host FootbALL Week — a special sports and humanitarian event that transforms football into a social mission.
The event aims to combine sport, education, and solidarity, creating new opportunities for children in our country, especially those facing financial hardship and children from the Institute of Students with Hearing Impairments.
Funds raised from the registration of participating teams will be used to support talented children from this institute, who will receive an annual package that includes academy registration, professional training, and transportation.
FootbALL Week includes:
- 6×6 football tournaments with the participation of universities, embassies, and companies (November 10–13)
- Training sessions for children with coaches from the Manchester City Football School (November 10–14)
- The grand final and awards ceremony (November 14)
This program goes beyond sport — it is a week of inspiration, unity, and commitment to building a brighter future for Albanian children.
