Mission
Albania has a difficult history of sports development marked by decades of isolation, neglect and loss of credibility. Despite the infrastructural projects aimed at rebuilding the stadiums, training centers and academies still aren’t up to the standards for sports grounds of international level.
Investment so far at club level has focused on adult football in the hope that it will raise the overall level, but without success. The culture of sports education at the academy level is still protected in inappropriate phenomena for the healthy development of children and young people.
We believe that through this project, we together with our partners can change the current situation by bringing innovation in terms of infrastructure, methodology and general sports culture.
We will offer young people new opportunities for a successful professional career based on meritocracy and access to the international market.
